Nestled among centuries-old olive groves and the scents of Mediterranean scrub, Villa Mimosa is located in CapoVaticano (Ricadi), just minutes from beautiful Tropea. Situated in an incredibly quiet and peaceful area, the property offers the perfect combination of tranquility and immediate proximity to amenities and the most beautiful beaches on the coast.
The Villas: privacy and comfort. The property comprises two carefully furnished, independent villas, each with spacious outdoor spaces, a covered veranda, and a lush private garden to ensure your privacy.
A dream pool with a view. The heart of relaxation is the large panoramic pool (shared only by the two villas), from which you can admire breathtaking views of the sea, the Strait of Messina, and Sicily. The pool area, surrounded by greenery, is equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs, as well as a cool seating area in the shade of the gazebo, ideal for sipping a drink at sunset.
Children's Paradise: Playground and Farm Designed for families, the property offers dedicated areas for little ones that will make their vacation unforgettable:
Playground with slides, swings, a playhouse, a soccer goal, a volleyball court, and a basketball hoop.
The mini-farm: a magical corner loved by all children, where they can get up close and personal with cute dwarf bunnies and chickens.
A Warm Welcome: We, the owners, live in the adjacent villa: we personally and lovingly take care of the garden and pool daily. We are discreet, but always available to recommend the best beaches, traditional restaurants, and must-see attractions.

The Outdoors: Privacy and Nature The villa's true highlight is its splendid 1,500-square-meter private garden. Here, you can relax on sun loungers shaded by centuries-old olive trees, enjoy a barbecue on the barbecue grill, or cool off in the private outdoor shower. The spacious veranda, furnished with a large table, is perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners.
The Interior: Space and Comfort Inside, the villa welcomes you with a large, bright living room, featuring a splendid window overlooking the greenery. The living area includes a relaxation area with a TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishes, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher).
The sleeping area offers two bedrooms, both with new memory foam mattresses to ensure maximum rest:
- Double bedroom: spacious, with the option of adding a single bed or crib.
- Twin bedroom: with twin beds that can be joined if needed. The bathroom is fully equipped with a tub/shower.
Shared amenities: Just steps away, shared with the other villa on the property, you'll find parking, a children's play area, and a beautiful swimming pool.
High season: minimum stay 1 week, arrival/departure on Saturdays.

Your private spaces. Featuring a private entrance for maximum privacy, the cottage boasts a lovely private garden furnished with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. Outside, you'll also find a pleasant veranda with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco breakfasts and dinners.
The interiors: welcoming and functional. The veranda leads directly to the bright kitchen-living room, a single space complete with a double sofa bed featuring a comfortable topper for a wonderful night's sleep. A practical hallway houses a spacious built-in wardrobe, ideal for organizing luggage, and leads to the private bathroom with a shower. The sleeping area concludes with a cozy double bedroom, equipped with a state-of-the-art orthopedic memory foam mattress.
Services and Common Areas: To offer you every convenience, the property includes excellent shared amenities:
