The Outdoors: Privacy and Nature The villa's true highlight is its splendid 1,500-square-meter private garden. Here, you can relax on sun loungers shaded by centuries-old olive trees, enjoy a barbecue on the barbecue grill, or cool off in the private outdoor shower. The spacious veranda, furnished with a large table, is perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners.

The Interior: Space and Comfort Inside, the villa welcomes you with a large, bright living room, featuring a splendid window overlooking the greenery. The living area includes a relaxation area with a TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishes, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher).

The sleeping area offers two bedrooms, both with new memory foam mattresses to ensure maximum rest:

• Double bedroom: spacious, with the option of adding a single bed or crib.
• Twin bedroom: with twin beds that can be joined if needed. The bathroom is fully equipped with a tub/shower.

Shared amenities: Just steps away, shared with the other villa on the property, you'll find parking, a children's play area, and a beautiful swimming pool.

High season: minimum stay 1 week, arrival/departure on Saturdays.
